Troy J. Woodman, M.D. is a board certified surgeon, completing his
fellowship training in Orbito-Facial Plastic and Reconstructive
surgery at UCLA. He received extensive experience in both
cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face while at a private
practice in Beverly Hills, California prior to moving to
Tacoma/Federal Way in the summer of 2000. Since then he has
been active both in teaching and participation in national and
local courses on facial surgery and often holds informational
seminars about facial rejuvenation for the community. He is a
member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the
American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery and the American Medical Association.
Having been born and raised in southern Washington, Dr.
Woodman graduated with honors from the University of
Washington. He was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha national
medical honor society while in medical school and residency at
Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed general
surgery internship at the UW, Harborview and Children's
hospitals in Seattle.
He now resides in Gig Harbor with his wife Tamra and their dog
Zoe. He is an avid golfer, runner and loves to listen to music.
