Nurse Injector Spa Reservation Deposit Policy At Aesthetic Surgery Centre Medical Spa we are committed to ensuring the best patient experiences and outcomes. As our practice has grown, ensuring that our nurse injectors have dedicated time to spend with our valued patients has become necessary. We are asking patients requiring an hour or more of our nurse injectors’ time to put down a non-refundable $150 scheduling deposit at the time of booking and to give us 48 business weekday hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. The deposit will go towards your service with your nurse injector on the day of your appointment. We appreciate that you chose our skilled nurse injectors for your aesthetic needs and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
