This 42 year old is 5’7″ and 145 pounds. She has had 3 children which she breast fed. She has 12 year old subpectoral saline breast implants, the right one deflated. She wanted to remove her implants and do a lift. She no longer wanted implants but wanted to be a little fuller than just her natural breast tissue would leave her. Her implants were removed and she had an extended breast lift with an “auto-augmentation”, (the loose skin and fat under her arms, “bra fat”, was rotated into the breasts to provide extra volume). Her results are shown 2 months after surgery.
