Dr. Woodman is wonderful! He did surgery on my neck (I lost a significant amount of weight & just wanted my jawline to be more defined). He suggested a surgery that would be beneficial, but may leave some loose skin because of the amount to weight I lost. He suggested this surgery because it was much less invasive then a neck or face lift (since I am young (37) and with age it the skin will naturally sag so I can keep those options in my back pocket for the future if needed).
I absolutely LOVE the results! There is very little loose skin now, but he addresses all of my concerns & offers solutions/suggestions that we can try to improve the appearance (he told me upfront it may be a 80-90% improvement). The fact he was so honest and upfront is really what I appreciated the most. Highly recommend him!

Everything was fine except I was very rushed in recovery. As a nurse I work in outpatient that uses propofol like I received but we keep our patients in recovery for 30”. My nurse took out my IV and had me get dressed right after arriving in the recovery room. I was barely awake and since I couldn’t walk yet she just wheeled me out to the car. The staff in recovery before my procedure didn’t keep the curtains closed so other patients and I were looking at each other. It was awkward. I’m happy with the surgical results though.

I made sure I was fully healed before posting my review, so I am now 6 months post-op. I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to my lower eye socket and co2 laser. Dr. Woodman was referred to me by my aesthetician who told me that he was the ONLY surgeon she would go to. I am an attorney and I litigate regularly in court, so having a professional and well-kept appearance is important to me. Dr. Woodman is easy to work with, he listened to me and made suggestions with explanations that made sense. Bottom line is that he delivers fantastic results. I have since learned that Dr. Woodman is the Holy Grail for eye surgery in this PNW area and He certainly exceeded my expectations. He listened to what I wanted and was able to translate that into optimal results for my face shape. If he doesn’t think it’ll look good, he won’t do it. He’s a perfectionist and is very concerned about making sure his patients are satisfied with the end result. That said, I do feel I should be honest with patients and say that my recovery period was more than I expected. My recovery did not match up with the YouTube and TikTok videos I was watching. I did not feel ready for going out in public until a good 3 months post-surgery. It was a rough recuperation that got progressively easier over time. Six months later, I absolutely love my eyes. I still have pink semi-circles under my eyes from the CO2 layering, but it is fading. I am in my 50’s and I am regularly being told I can pass for my 30’s, so who doesn’t love that?
